Court stays ban on Jwala Gutta

Staying the October 7 order of the Badminton Association of India imposing a ban on the selection of ace shuttler Jwala Gutta for any national or international tournament inside or outside the country, the Delhi High Court on Thursday directed the sports governing body to take back its communication to the organisers of the Denmark Open Tournament through which it had withdrawn her name from the tournament. The association had decided not to consider her name for any tournament till a decision was taken by the disciplinary committee.
