Shot putter Om Prakash Singh, gearing up for the Olympics, could manage only 19.27 metres to finish sixth in the Usti nad Labem Grand Prix meet in the Czech Republic on Monday.
The Indian who had thrown a personal best of 20.69m in Szombathely, Hungary, last May, touched one of his worst performances this season. He had two throws over 20 metres and two over 19.80m this season in earlier meets in Hungary and Austria. Bulgarian Georgi Ivanov took the title with a throw of 20.09m.
