: Vishnu Sujeesh of Chinmaya Vidyalaya finished first in the Optimist class of the two-day Annual Viking District Regatta, which concluded at the Chennai Port on Sunday. Chitresh Tatha finished second while Jayalakshmi of St. Colombian School stood third.
Ravi Santhanam and James Kurian clinched the title in the Maxi 77 class. In the 29er skiff, the duo of Ganapathy and Varun Thakkar emerged champions. The pair of Varsha Gautham and Aishwarya Chezhian finished second. Rufus Patrick and Hussain Bhavnagarvala finished third.
In the laser 4.7 category, Nethra Kumanan won the trophy while Ahad Rahim came second and Nicholas Patrick third.
