eBay India is offering refund or replacement guarantee for all transactions done on the online marketplace, if customers are not fully satisfied with the purchases.
The guarantee can be availed for all the transactions since March 21, according to eBay India.
In a statement on Friday, eBay India said it is offering buyers’ replacement or refund guarantee on all transactions in case they are not 100 per cent satisfied with the product they purchased.
The guarantee offers a replacement or refunds to buyers in case the buyer does not receive the item or the item is not as described in the listing.
Further, it covers the entire transaction amount (both the product price and shipping charges), the statement added.
eBay India’s (Head-Operations) Vasundhara Bhonsle said the guarantee programme is designed to provide 100 per cent satisfaction for buyers.
