Microsoft’s new multi-touch mouse is now available in shops and features a touch strip that, according to the company, makes navigating Windows 7 a breeze.

The wireless laser mouse, which comes with a nano receiver for a USB interface, costs around 80 euros (114 dollars) and simplifies on-screen actions like scrolling, minimising/maximising, and docking with finger gestures.
