Smart is priced just around Rs. 10,000 including VAT charges and embedded with almost every feature that you would want in a phone; 3 mega pixel camera with fixed focus and flashlight and 3.5 mm stereo audio jack.

The extra zoom provides better visibility even in sun light. Push mail and live temperature update are also available. You can add your favourite people on the home screen and they are just a touch away from you. QWERTY touch keyboard is user friendly. The touch feature is quite attractive and easy to use. It runs on BREW (Binary Run Time Environment) which makes it a reason to buy. It runs on a 3 MHz process with RAM and ROM of 256 MB each. The internet connectivity is super fast, connecting up to 384 kbps up-link and 3.6 mbps down-link. The 2.8 inch TFT display screen makes it very easy for the user to browse through contents of any website.

It supports MP4 format with other regular video and numerous audio formats and has a long battery life. The music quality is good. Applications such as friend stream keeps you connected with your friends on Facebook; with pop ups on new updates on their profile.

All these features gives this phone a rating of 8 despite the sporadic slowdown, but the absence of WiFi connectivity brings it down to 7. It supports only Java applications thus making it tough for users to install applications of their choice.
