South Korea’s LG Electronics Inc., the world’s third largest mobile phone manufacturer, received the highest rank for the third consecutive time in a customer satisfaction survey conducted by the U.S.-based marketing firm, J. D. Power and Associates, the company said on Friday.
The 2010 Wireless Traditional Mobile Phone Evaluation Study by J.D. Power and Associates gave LG Electronics the highest score of 729 on a 1,000-point scale, as the South Korean company became the top ranked brand in the survey for the fifth time since 2003.
