Anaemia

I was concerned about my weight and started dieting on and off for the past two years.

Now I feel weak, nauseous, sweat a lot and on some occasions even dizzy.

I have bouts of headache, cannot fall asleep easily etc.

I am 29-year-old girl and even my menses are delayed and the disappointing factor is that I haven't lost weight .

ABC

You would need to undergo certain investigations like a complete blood picture to rule out anaemia and a test for thyroid function apart from other investigations.

It could be due to inappropriate diet for a long time.

Once the cause like anaemia is ascertained remedies like China, Ferrum met, Hydrastis will help you and in cases of thyroid dysfunction remedies like Natrum mur, Fucus ves will help you. Consult a homoeopath.

Is diabetes reversible with homoeopathic medicine?

ABC

Type I diabetes is a condition in which the body's immune system exterminates the beta cells of the pancreas and thereby insulin is not produced and is not reversible, while in Type II diabetes, the insulin produced by the body is not used by the tissues and with help of major lifestyle changes in some cases can be helped at least with minimum medication in the long run.

Diabetes can also occur in pregnant women as hormones of pregnancy can come in the way of insulin but usually after pregnancy is reversible.
