STATE OF THE ART: The new Terminal 3 of the Beijing Capital International Airport in Beijing, designed by renowned British architect Norman Foster. Mixing state-of-the-art systems and Chinese characteristics, the 2.7-billion- USD expansion of Beijing airport, boasting one of the world's largest airport terminals, is set to open for the Olympics and looks likely to finally give China an air gateway worthy of its rising status.
