A proposed U.S. Congress Bill to hike minimum salary for H1-B visa holders from $60,000 to $1,30,000 would badly affect IT firms and most of their employees. This graphic show H1-B visa holders in 2016 employed by IT majors, across salary buckets of $10,000 each.
