Perfectionist

I was fortunate to have worked under G. Kasturi since 1973. All staff viewed him as a mentor, philosopher and guide.

His initials ‘G’ stood for generosity and ‘K’ for not only extensive knowledge in all fields of journalism, photography, and printing but also kindness and parental-like affection towards his subordinates. At the same time he was a disciplinarian and expected perfection to the core. We will always cherish him, especially as he was a great innovator.
