Inspiring dabbawalas

That the efficient deliverers of food are getting involved in promoting awareness about vector-borne diseases with the aid of the WHO is indeed a move that inspires many an organisation and even an individual who thinks about social responsibility (“Dabbawalas join hands with WHO,” April 9). The dabbawalas’ method of forcing their customers to read the awareness tags represents a laudable initiative.
