Nawaz Sharif’s belated admission, of his country’s role in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, is not shocking as the whole world knows what kind of a nation Pakistan is. It is a fact that the U.S. too has on more than one occasion shown its double standards while dealing with Pakistan. Aid in the form of billions of dollars only emboldened Pakistan to get away with its acts. The West needs to turn the mirror around and look at itself.
