The government has rightly asked the U.K. to deport Vijay Mallya (“India asks U.K. to deport Mallya”, April 29). Now the question is whether the U.K. will assist India. If it does, India-U.K. ties will become stronger. It would bode well for the U.K. to step forward in this regard.
