A stable neighbour is good for India, and clearly, the people in Nepal want the same ( >Dec.27 ). They want basic amenities and implementation of promises made. India’s help in ensuring that the elections there remain sacrosanct is laudable. We must also extend our help to them in the formation of the constitution and ensuring that civil rights are created for every group.
