Clarification

December 16, 2011 02:49 am | Updated November 16, 2021 11:56 pm IST

My photo on the front page of your esteemed newspaper dated 13th December 2011 gives the impression as if I have given an interview about certain aspects of the Nuclear Liability Act. The fact is that I have given a legal opinion on certain issues raised in the case for opinion sent to me by the Advocate-on-Record. The legal opinion was meant for the benefit of the client who sought my opinion and not for any publication in any newspaper without my knowledge or consent. I have protested about it to the Advocate-on-Record by my email of 13th December (which I enclose for your perusal).
