Ceaseless corruption

March 05, 2014 12:09 am | Updated November 16, 2021 06:29 pm IST

This refers to the report “All deals with Rolls-Royce out on hold” (March 4). Much of the corruption that took place under the UPA’s benevolent gaze either existed or happened very early on when the UPA came to power. It also begs the question why all this is being exposed vigorously especially when the next general election is near. Both the media and the Opposition are equally responsible for the delay in exposing these scams at the right time so that this supremely corrupt government could have either done crucial course correction or been forced out of power.
