There is certainly a case for HIV patients to feel unhappy about the HIV Bill (March 22). Their disappointment and displeasure are reasonable as the clause to “provide treatment as far as possible” takes them nowhere. It is as good as saying “no” to them. When we try to help those affected by a so-far incurable disease, why dilute options to help them?
