The UPA should realise that a government which has delivered on its promises to the voters will not engage itself in desperate attempts at the fag end of its term (March 3). It must realise that voters are more enlightened now and such baits thrown at them will not work. If Parliament was stalled and could not take up important items of legislation, the UPA is largely to blame for that because it looked the other way following massive corruption and resorted to unsatisfactory ways of governance.
