A small farmer

August 28, 2013 01:38 am | Updated 01:38 am IST

This refers to the interview of Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda (Op-Ed, Aug. 27) on the land transactions involving Mr. Robert Vadra. Mr. Hooda’s comments are amusing. It is nothing but a brazen attempt to cover up wrongdoing. His evasive responses to key allegations levelled by IAS officer Ashok Khemka do not help him get back lost credibility. Perhaps, according to him, Mr.Vadra, being a small farmer in distress, is entitled to every relief package extended by his government.
