It’s a children’s animation film that singer-composer Shibani Kashyap has chosen for her launch pad as an actor. “I found the script interesting and unusual and the team very comfortable to work with, so I decided to do it. I also adore working with children.” Kashyap admits to never having worked on an animation film before, “but I think I’m going to fit into it all very well. Tapping the children’s market is very important to me.” Kashyap also does not believe that one has to strip to be sexy. “One can be hot and sexy without exposing; that is what I’d like to be,” said she. Meanwhile Kashyap is gung-ho about her new career: acting and singing. She couldn’t have asked for more.
