The industry and government seems to be hand in gloves to prove CAG wrong and then to decide price at their convenience. Why cant BSNL take the circles which have not seen any bids, that would be a healthy competition. Today all the bidders have formed a grouping and decided not to bid for some circles so as to fail the auction and then force Govt. to reduce the prices. Is this a healthy market practice ?
Blue Cylinder should be used.. Is the cartoon, also depicting corruption
by government? :)
Looks like the LPG cylinder being used is a subsidised one..!!
