>>The front page report, “ >Muslim population growth slows ” (August 26, 2015), said among the other minorities, Christians made up 2.3 per cent of the population and Sikhs 2.16 per cent. The figure for Sikhs should have been 1.72 per cent.

>>“ >Muslim sex ratio improves further ” (August 26, 2015) said : “Assam remains the State with the largest Muslim population as a proportion (34.22 per cent).” It should have been J&K and 68.31 per cent.
