>> Hayatullah Ansari was an Urdu writer and not a Hindi writer as mentioned in the fourth paragraph of a report, “India and Bharat, in another time” (Perspective, May 21, 2016).

>> A sentence in a report, “How BJP escaped a tripwire in Assam” (May 21, 2016) said: “According to this study for internal consumption, the party has classified 29 seats as having more than 60 per cent of Muslim population.” The number of seats should have been 22 .

>> The heading and the text of a report, “ 89 per cent of women in North India have experienced sexual abuse” (May 20, 2016) should have been 79 per cent.

>>The photograph that appeared along with the report, “Prithvi-II test-fired successfully” (May 19, 2016), was not that of the Prithvi-II missile. It was ISRO’s Reusable Launch Vehicle - Technology Demonstrator (RLV-TD).

>> The photo caption, that accompanied the Badminton report, “Indian women make quarterfinals” (Sport, May 19, 2016), wrongly said Akane Yamaguchi is World No. 1 instead of World No. 11.

>>The photograph of the aircraft published along with the report, “India and U.S. fly 'Red Flag’ high” (May 15, 2016) , was erroneously identified as an IAF Jaguar. It was actually a Sukhoi Su-30 MKI.
