The report, “Pakistan army warns of ‘disproportionate response’ in future wars” (Dec. 5, 2013), referred to the Kargil war of 1999 and the near-war that followed the December 2011 terrorist attack …It should have been the December 2001 terrorist attack.
The first paragraph of the report, “Filomena’s Journeys a work of integrity, research and scholarship” (Dec. 5, 2013, some editions), gave the title of the new book by Maria Aurora Couto as Filomena’s Journeys. The correct title is “Filomena’s Journeys: A Portrait of a marriage, a family & a culture.”
