Royal officials have launched a website (www.officialroyalwedding2011.org) to offer regular updates on the upcoming marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Officials at Prince William’s office, St. James’ Palace, say the website will offer information for anyone interested in the April 29 wedding.

The palace says it will be updated regularly with photos, links and videos.

Critically, officials say it will offer information on some of the most coveted details such as specifics on Ms. Middleton’s dress.

The government also launched a separate site intended to offer practical information for members of the public interested in taking part in celebrations for the wedding.
