Where do Indians learn driving and what are their DNA instincts?? I
happened to read that the Highway Agency is planning to fence the
wells so that the buses/vehicles that overrun the Motorways, do not go
down the well!! India has the highest death toll due to accidents in
the world, about 100 times more than the entire continental Europe,
including the UK.
If there is one area where more than a billion people need education,
it is driving.
It's really sad we lose more life in India due to reckless driving and carelessness. It's time
every driver should be made to watch the movie 'Engeyum Epodum' and take written tests
on do's and dont's.
