Chairman and Managing Director of Perundurai based Susi Emu Farms M.S. Guru who was arrested by the Economic Offences Wing Police on Wednesday in connection with the multi-crore scam and on charges of defrauding investors was produced before the Court for Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors Act (TANPID) cases in Coimbatore on Wednesday.
He was produced amid tight security. Following a petition from EOW police seeking custody of Guru for investigation, the court posted the hearing on the custody application to 3 p.m.
