Plus Two: anotherallotment today

The Plus Two second supplementary allotment will be published on Thursday.

The results will be available on the link Supplementary Results at www.hscap.kerala.gov.in from 10 a.m.

Those who get allotment should use the two-page allotment slip obtained from the link on the website to take permanent admission to the school concerned before 5 p.m. on Friday.

Apply again

Those candidates who are yet to get allotment despite applying through the single-window mechanism could apply again by 5 p.m. on July 24.

Second allotment

As many as 36,994 applications were received for the second supplementary allotment against 22,944 vacancies.

As many as 235 applicants who took admission under various quotas after applying for the supplementary allotment and 105 applications that had not been verified from schools were not considered.

Improvement exams

The Plus One improvement/supplementary exams will get under way on Thursday.

It will be an opportunity for regular students to improve their scores (improvement) and for those who appeared for the exam in previous years but could not become eligible for higher studies to appear for the Plus Two examinations in March 2018 by clearing the supplementary examination. As many as 4,47,772 students have registered for these examinations — 3,73,746 regular students for improvement, 67,745 open school students, and 20,875 students for supplementary. Of these, 4,587 students have studied the old syllabus.

Centres

As many as 2,060 centres have been arranged in the State for the examination, nine in Lakshadweep, and one in the UAE.

The examinations will be held on July 27 and 31, and August 1, 2, and 3.
