A fire broke out this morning at the Gujarat Electricity Board (GEB) sub station of GIDC industrial complex, Chatraal in Mehsana district.
Around 12-15 fire tenders have been rushed to the spot to douse the flames, fire officials said.
However there have been no casualties in the incident.
?It?s a major oil fire since around 270 barrels of oil kept at the GEB sub-station has caught fire,? officials said.
Fire tenders have been rushed from Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Kadi, ONGC, IFFCO to the site, they added.
