The others indicted by the Lokayukta police are J. Bhupesh Reddy and J. Vijay Reddy of SJR Builders, landowners M. Ramesh and his sons Satish and Ravi, Stumpp, Schuele & Somappa Ltd. general manager Shivanna, Dasappa, then Assistant Commissioner Krishnan, tahsildar Narayana, revenue inspector Kodi Gowda, town planning member Tirakana Gowda and superintendent at the Land Acquisition Office Sriramaiah.
Though charges have been proved against the four IAS officers, the proceedings will be initiated against them only after sanction is received from the government.
