A.P. Minister found guilty of FERA violation

The Special Court for Economic Offences in Hyderabad on Wednesday found the Secondary Education Minister, K. Parthsarathi guilty in a case relating to violation of Foreign Exchnage Regulation Act (FERA) provisions and reserved orders till evening.

Earlier in the day, the Minister appeared before the Court. The Court had withdrawn a non-bailable warrant (NBW) issued against him after he promised to appear before it on Wednesday.
