Safety at crossroads

Traffic police departments across the country have organised various programmes for the 23rd Road Safety Week from January 1 to 7. The departments are busy giving tips, spreading awareness and holding campaigns to educate people. But will 2012 kill and maim fewer people? Compiled by Sharanya Kannan.

We as parents, cant control this; but POLICE can force auto rikshaws and buses not to carry students like this.. too sad to see..
