Sabrina Lal, sister of Jessica Lal, has hailed the Supreme Court's judgment upholding life imprisonment awarded to Manu Sharma by the Delhi High Court in December 2006.

She said she was satisfied with the verdict. She thanked the media and well-wishers for supporting her all along while she sought justice for her sister, who was shot dead at Tamarind Court restaurant in South Delhi in April 1999.

As for Shyan Munshi who turned hostile, she said perjury was common in cases involving high-profile persons.
