Supreme Court judgement on narco-analysis test

This is the text of the Supreme Court judgment holding the use of narco analysis, brain-mapping and polygraph tests on accused, suspects and witnesses without their consent, unconstitutional and violation of the ‘right to privacy'. The order pertains to Smt. Selvi and Ors Vs State of Karnataka, Criminal Appeal No. 1267 of 2004.
