What is the meaning of Clause 21? It states that the cost of the
tribunal (by which it means Cauvery Water Dispute Tribunal) must be
shared amongst the states Kerala:Kar:TN:Pondi in the ratio 15:40:40:5.
BUT The water sharing ratio is 30:270:419:7 in the same order as stated
above. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE (even tho it now seems capitalistic) for
KARNATAKA where less water is allotted and more money is spent, but
thats not the same for TN or anyother involved states?
This is a great victory for TN farmers permanently. Hereafter water will automatically flow into
cauvery rivers Thank God. Sathyame vellum.
Also with the continued and streneous efforts taken by the CM of Tamilnadu. This is her
birthday Gift given by Annai. Cauvery !
