Woman throws flowerpot at Narendra Modi's motorcade

According to eyewitnesses, the woman from Sahibabad, who had come to meet Mr. Modi, was enraged over being denied entry into the PMO.

A woman was on Wednesday detained for allegedly throwing a flowerpot at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's motorcade outside South Block in Delhi.

According to eyewitnesses, the woman from Sahibabad, who had come to meet Mr. Modi, was enraged over being denied entry into PMO.

The woman was whisked away from the spot immediately and she was later detained at the Parliament Street police station, said a police official.
