11.26 a.m.: Today if someone says something on TV screen, we condemn as intolerance. At that time, right to life was suspended. Those who now claim to swear by it supported it: Jaitley

11.28 a.m.: Excessive use of money in elections is matter of concern and a challenge before Election Commission: Jaitley

11.38 a.m.: Jaitley questions Janata govt's repeal of right to property -- 19 (1) (f) as a fundamental right: Jaitley
