The proposals of the G. R. Majithia Wage Boards for journalists and non-journalists would be sent by the Labour Ministry to the Cabinet in a week, Union Labour and Employment Minister Mallikarjun Kharge said here on Friday.

He told journalists that he received comments from the Law Ministry only on Thursday. The views of others, including the Information and Broadcasting Ministry, were obtained earlier. Following his Ministry's submission, a note would be prepared and brought before the Cabinet.
