Deprived of an opportunity to attend Jaipur Literature Festival due to security reasons, author of Satanic Verse s Salman Rushdie has expressed pain over the development.
In his twitter account he said: Very sad not to be at jaipur. I was told bombay mafia don issued weapons to 2 hitmen to "eliminate" me. Will do video link instead. Damn."
