Two boats damaged after SL personnel pelt stones

Two boats of fishermen were damaged after Sri Lankan naval personnel allegedly pelted stones at them while they were fishing near Katchativu islet on Tuesday morning.

No fisherman was injured in the incident, officials said.

They said the fishermen were forced to go back to Indian territorial waters due to the action of the Naval personnel.
