Yedupayala to be developed as pilgrim spot

Deputy Speaker M. Padma Devender Reddy and Government Advisor Ramanachary said Yedupalaya in Medak district would be developed as pilgrim and tourist destination. Both of them visited Yedupayala on Thursday and had darshan of Durga Bhavani. Speaking to reporters in Medak, they said that as per the directions of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, they would be preparing an action plan for the development of Yedupalaya, which would be submitted to the government. Ms. Padma Devender Reddy said that a two-lane road would be laid to the temple at an estimated cost of Rs. 5.2 cr. before the commencement of Shivaratri festival.
