January 25, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:44 am IST - NALGONDA:

On the final day of annual Urs-E-Shareef, a large number of devotees thronged Janapahad dargah in Nereducherla mandal of Nalgonda district on Saturday.

The final day ritual was performed following the dargah’s traditions marking the end of three-day annual fete.

As many as 50,000 devotees thronged the dargah.

Since the devotees believes that the bathing with the water fetched from an ancient well located in Janapahad village cures them from diseases, a huge number of devotees continued the practice.

Devotees also enjoyed a boat ride in Krishna river, which was near the place of worship.

About 50,000 devotees throng the dargah during the festival
