Tributes paid to P.V. Narasimha Rao

Karimnagar Dairy chairman Ch. Rajeshwara Rao paid floral tributes to former Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao on the occasion of his 10th death anniversary on the dairy premises in Karimnagar town on Tuesday.

The dairy chairman, along with managing director V. Hanumantha Reddy, board directors and employees garlanded the statue of Narasimha Rao and paid tributes. They also recollected the services of Mr. Rao for the development of the country through his reforms.

Similarly, the District Congress Committee leaders had also paid floral tributes to the portrait of Narasimha Rao at the party office in Karimnagar town. DCC secretary Gotte Laxman, TPCC spokesperson Swaminatha Charyulu, town president Karra Rajashekhar and others were also present.

Warangal Special Correspondent adds: Leaders from various political parties and individuals paid floral tributes to the late Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao.

TRS leader and former Minister V. Laxmikantha Rao garlanded the statute of P.V. at JN Stadium and recalled the contributions made by him. At the Congress Bhavan, B. Prabhakar Reddy, T. Vidyasagar, Hari Rama Devi, Namindla Srinivas, Veesam Surender Reddy and others garlanded the portrait of P.V. and remembered his services.

Earlier, Congress leaders observed a two-minute silence in respect of the late G. Venkata Swamy.
