Telangana MP dies in Kullu

Congress Rajya Sabha MP from Telangana, Palvai Govardhan Reddy, died on Friday after he suffered a massive cardiac arrest.

Mr. Reddy, 81, had come to Kullu on a study tour along with a team of 25 other MPs.

He complained of uneasiness during the flight and was rushed to the Kullu civil hospital straight from the Bhuntar airport, but he died on the way.

Senior Congress leader

The veteran leader was a chronic diabetic. His body is being flown back to Telangana.

Mr. Reddy was a senior Congress leader and a five-time MLA from Munuguda seat of Nalgonda district in Andhra
