T power dispatch centre in four months

July 05, 2014 12:17 am | Updated 12:17 am IST - HYDERABAD:

Telangana will have its own Load Dispatch Centre (TLDC) in place in four months to monitor the power generation and supply schedule.

It will come up in the Vidyut Soudha complex premises in a new building constructed recently. The space meant for TLDC is being readied with necessary infrastructure and communication connectivity by linking all power generation centres not only in Telangana but in A.P. too as the A.P. Reorganisation Act has made the arrangement to share power in 53:47 ratio after pooling up.
