Surrendered Naxals get relief

Adilabad SP Tarun Joshi on Friday handed over cheques worth Rs. 10,000 each to surrendered Maoists Sudula Padma alias Swapna and Talandi Kanta alias Sujata as immediate relief.

Mr. Joshi issued an appeal to 20 Maoists from Adilabad district working in various places to surrender and join the mainstream.

He assured them that the government will take all necessary steps for their rehabilitation.
