Students showcase their skills at Srujana

Students from various engineering colleges in Telangana showcased their creativity during the four-day Srujana-16 organised by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in association with the Sri Chaitanya College of Engineering in Karimnagar from April 3 to 6.

Incidentally, this is the 10th Srujana programme organised by the ABVP and the first in Karimnagar district.

The technical symposium was inaugurated by Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya and the closing ceremony was attended by Union Minister Hansraj Gangaram Ahir on Wednesday.

During this four-day event, 83 working models on various subjects were exhibited by students of 120 engineering colleges and won accolades for their thought-provoking models.

Everyday, the organisers conducted youth parliament and debates on current topics. The technical quiz was also conducted to test the theoretical and practical knowledge of students. The students also exhibited message-oriented short films and power point presentations . The organisers also conducted cultural programmes.

Prizes were given to the best working models, paper presentation, short films, etc.

The students were all praise for the organisers for providing all facilities for the successful conduct of the event.
