A Central team comprising Kolatkar and Srivastav accompanied by State government officers visited Bhupalpalli mandal to interact with the farmers who lost crops due to hailstorms in last April here on Tuesday.

The farmers requested the Central team to ensure that they get back their input cost that would help them repay their debts. Joint Collector P.J. Patil, T. Chiranjeevulu, Agricultural Officer Gangaram, M.A. Akbar, Mulug RDO Mahender and others were present.

The Central team also visited Siddipet in Medak district and interacted with farmers.
