T. Rajaiah, the former Deputy Chief Minister who was sacked by Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Sunday on the charges of corruption in the Health Department, was hospitalised on Tuesday evening after complaining pain in the chest.
Family members of Dr. Rajaiah rushed him to a private hospital in Hyderguda, where doctors were attending on him. His levels of blood pressure and sugar have increased but there was nothing to worry, his son T. Kranthi Raj, a doctor by profession, told mediapersons at the hospital.
Mr. Kranthi Raj stated that they had moved Dr. Rajaiah to the hospital after he complained of pain in the chest (mild heart stroke). The doctors in the hospital were conducting tests and he was stable, Mr. Kranthi Raj said.
